Service Description

A simple practice to stay balanced is tapping into the four elements daily: fire, earth, air, and water. I encourage each of you, including myself, to engage with the energies of each element for 15 minutes a day. That is a total of an hour of your time each day. Each of the elements will resonate differently for you. Some of you connect easily with water while fire may be more difficult. Or vice versa. How you feel compelled to spend time with each will be as unique as you are. The course is offered weekly and lasts an hour and 15 minutes. The course is offered through zoom and you will receive a link to the course once you have booked your spot. The intention is to create awareness and integrate the knowledge into your day immediately after the course. There is a workbook provided that allows you to be creative and imaginative as you identify different ways to tap into each element's energy. This document will serve as a reference point for you in the future. You may find that an activity you enjoyed for months is no longer bringing joy into your life and it is time to identify a new one. You can continue adding to the list as new ideas come. Once you've identified different activities for each element, you will use the weekly planner to track the implementation of the new behaviors. The workbook also asks you how you are feeling. Are you finding ease? Are you finding resistance? I can guarantee that out of the four elements, you unintentionally or unknowingly connected with one or more on a daily basis. Once you intentionally are connecting with all four, that is where the magic happens. The mind starts to quiet. You find energy for things that you previously didn't. You find a vigor for life. You feel present, clear, and lighter. Giving yourself an hour a day to connect with the energies of the elements is a form of love. It is self-love. To cancel or reschedule, please contact me 24 hours prior to your appointment. If you no call no show to your appointment, your payment will not be returned. Always contact me though because I am an understanding person and realize that life happens.
