We take our cars for an oil change, and clean the kitchen when it gets "messy", why not give the gift of grounding and connection to our mind, body, and soul? When we have a physical ailment, at least in the Western world, we quickly make a doctor's appointment and often unwaveringly trust what the medical professionals say. What if, before a physical manifestation, we cleansed our energy? Releasing low vibrational energy and replacing it with love and light from Source? This 30-minute class is a guided meditation. A container is created by Tiffany and Spirit to allow rest to transpire. We may treat ourselves to a candle-lit bath or get our nails done when seeking to love ourselves. This is another vessel of love you can give yourself with the effects as potent as you allow them to be. Everyone's intentions for this class will be as unique as they are. Maybe your mind is racing, maybe you've never meditated and would like a guide, or maybe you are seeking a form of energetic hygiene. The class size maximum is 7 people.
